WHO ARE WE ?

GE-FLY ASSOCIATION

GE-Fly is the Geneva acroyoga association. It was founded in 2016 with the aim of promoting the practice of acroyoga in Geneva. It has over 50 members.

GE-Fly offers:

jams (free practice for all levels) on Mondays from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Cropettes school, Rue Beaulacre 8), Thursdays from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Eaux-Vives school, Rue des Eaux-Vives 86), excluding school holidays and public holidays: free for members, CHF 5.- for non-members, no registration required.
Regular classes (Monday 6:30-7:45 PM and Thursday 7:30-8:45 PM) during the jams, without registration: CHF 10.- for members, CHF 20.- for non-members (to be paid directly to the teachers). The price includes participation in the jam after the class.
one-off workshops by registration by Geneva or guest teachers (generally on weekends, around 2 to 6 times per year), with discounts for members.
Geneve Reçoit, a weekend event (mid-August) with classes, shows and other activities, free, bringing together around 300 people.

Our principles: to offer everyone the opportunity to discover and practice acroyoga in Geneva:

in complete safety (classes and jams under the responsibility of each individual, advice given by the association)
in a caring, inclusive and consenting manner (see the charter )
if possible in both roles (“base” - carriers) and flyer (flyer)

GE-Fly organizes an AG in the fall and sometimes one in the spring. It communicates with its members by email, and with its members and non-members (occasional or passing practitioners, participants in workshops and events, etc.), Facebook ( GE-Fly Acro and Genève Recueil ) and Instagram .

Other information channels on acroyoga, not managed by the association, also exist (WhatsApp groups, teacher networks, etc.), for example for the organization of other courses, jams in parks in the summer, travel to events in other cities, etc.

The Geneva community mainly practices L-basing, but other practices (standing, whip, pop, icarien, acro gym, pyramids, etc.) are also explored.
